angelman syndrome usallly occurs when there 6 to 12 months . when there born they seem normal until one month when they have eating problems . when the kid is two the angelman syndrome will show alitttle more but when the kid is 3 clinical feature's of angelman syndrome are present , including speech impairment  , m ovement or balance disorder , frequent laughter and smiling , easily excitable personality , hand flapping move ments , and short attention span . after 3 the seizures may start .
