Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the 32nd President of the United States of America.  Roosevelt served 4 terms, the most of any U.S. President in history. Roosevelt is known for his work during the Great Depression and World War II.  Roosevelt was also diagnosed with polio at the age of 39, crippling him for the balance of his life.
