What is it?

An echocardiogram uses specific sound waves to illustrate images of your heart. The results of this test are designed to confirm appropriate heart pulse and the amount of blood pumped from the heart. Several defects  of the heart and aortic valves caused by genetic disorders such asMarfan Syndrome 2 can be observed and treated if necessary. The operation is a very safe and recommended procedure, as no exposure to radiation is required.
